Council owns three campgrounds along the south coast of NSW at North Head in Moruya, Dalmeny and Mystery Bay. The camp grounds at Moruya North Head and Mystery Bay are primitive and two of the very few remaining natural camping sites on the NSW south coast.
The Mystery Bay camp ground, which looks over the beach and is surrounded by National Park, is arguably one of our state’s best natural camping spots.
The North Head campground sits on the Moruya River to the south of Bengello/South Broulee beach and is conveniently located near Moruya Airport.
Dalmeny camping ground has stunning views over the ocean, powered and unpowered sites and modern amenities and is conveniently located next to the local shops.

Lake St Clair , NSW
Lake St Clair is nestled among the undulating hills at the foot of Mount Royal Range, approximately 30 minutes north of Singleton. The site boasts unspoilt provincial camping, including 11 powered camp sites and 38 hectares of unpowered camp space. There is a concrete boat ramp (accessible at all water levels), electric and wood-fired barbeques as well as toilets and shower block and camp kitchen.
Dogs are welcome providing they remain on leads at all times.
Lake St Clair
From Singleton travel north over the New England Highway Bridge. At the traffic lights approx 0.5km past the bridge turn right into Bridgman Road. Travel along Bridgman Road which flows onto Carrowbrook Road for 35km.
A turn off to the left at 27km will lead to the dam wall at Glennies Creek, or continue for another 8km and you will reach the entry gates into Lake St Clair.

Yass Caravan Park, NSW
The Yass Caravan Park is located within walking distance to the local shops in the central business district of Yass. It is next to the Yass Memorial swimming pool, and there are a number of food outlets nearby.
Yass Caravan Park offers a range of accommodation options including tent sites, powered sites, drive-thru sites, cabins and sites that accommodate large motorhomes. Other facilities include toilets and showers with disabled access, a laundry, barbeques and a playground. Yass Caravan Park is pet friendly for guests traveling with their own vans or on campsites.
