“What a wonderful experience! From my first emails to Darren and Natalie, to the start of my Certificate III in Tourism to the end of my 2 weeks practical experience. It has been an amazing adventure! Natalie is so hardworking, nothing was ever too hard for Natalie, constantly marking results, replying to emails, always there when you needed something and never waiting long for a response which was great! Not studying since year 10 it was a little daunting, but Natalie was always encouraging and positive which made my studying so much easier then I thought it would be. My 2 weeks practical training in Toowoomba in July 2017 was amazing! Darren, Cameron, Louise and Natalie do a fantastic job, from organising your placement and rosters, to giving you the hands on training that is required in park management. Every day was different, from cleaning cabins, amenities, operations to reception, you really got a good taste of the going ons in a park. Darren, Cameron, Louise and Natalie are so approachable and available to speak with and ask questions at anytime and truly made you feel a part of the P.R.O. Management Team! Well done P.R.O. Management and thank you for the amazing adventure!”

“What a great time I had at your training course in Toowoomba. My husband and myself have been managing/care taking at a campground now for over five months and doing very well. Most nights we accommodate up to 32 travelers in all sorts of rigs, plus handling the event’s that are held here. We started the online component of the course in April and with our trainer Natalie’s support and guidance, finished the theory component in plenty of time to attend the practical component in November at The Big 4 Batemans Bay Beach Resort.
