Government Funded Training – PRO Management RTO ID 40890

Funded training gives eligible individuals the opportunity to complete a full qualification that can lead to a greater job outcome or career advancement. To do this, the Queensland and New South Wales Governments subsidise the cost of training for eligible students and provides greater choice by allowing more training providers to deliver government subsidised training.

  • QLD Certificate 3 Guarantee - Certificate III in Tourism

The Certificate 3 Guarantee is available to eligible individuals to assist them in completing their first certificate III qualification. In doing so, the Certificate 3 Guarantee assists trainees to learn new skills, gain employment, re-enter the workforce or progress in their career.

If enrolling for a full qualification of Certificate III and you meet eligibility criteria, we can offer you a co-contribution payment with funding under the Certificate III Guarantee. A co-contribution means the Government pays PRO Management a portion of your course fees.

    Eligibility Criteria
    1. Must not hold a previous qualification of Certificate III or enrolled in a certificate III level or higher qualification – not including qualifications completed at school and foundations skills training
    2. A QLD resident aged 15 or over (who is no longer at school).
    3. Is an Australian or New Zealand citizen (or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and on the pathway to permanent residency)

These training courses can provide significant benefits to individuals, and the trainee is expected to contribute to the costs of the training through a co-contribution fee (dependent upon level of subsidy). This co-contribution fee can be paid by an employer or another third party but not by the training provider. Prospective course entrants are requested to make sure they are choosing the right course, as an individual can only access the Certificate III Guarantee once. Enrolling and not completing the course also cancels entitlement to that area of funding.

For more information on the Certificate 3 Guarantee, please contact us or visit http://www.training.qld.gov.au/training-careers/subsidised-training-incentives/certificate3/index.html

This funding is subsidised by the QLD Government, Department of Education and Training.

  • QLD Higher Level Skills - Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism

The aim of Queensland’s Higher Level Skills program is to assist individuals in attaining a higher-level qualification necessary to gain employment or career advancement. The cost of training for a higher-level qualification is subsidised by the QLD Government, whilst trainees contribute to the cost of their training through a ‘co-contribution fee’.

    1. Trainees must be over 15 years of age and no longer in school.
    2. Must be a Queensland resident
